Order since August, until now it has not arrived. Never again! What a total waste of money! Fraud!

FRAUD, i ordered a perfume 2 months ago, still havent got it and every time i reach out, the customer service say it is coming. They don't refunds too, a total fraud!!!!

I have one order from 25.08 and still it is “in progressing”. How it come? I paid full amount 2 months ago and still nothing. I want to cancel my order and I want my money back but they are not even reply.
Not recommend this company. So sad to loose more than 200$ for nothing

It’s a shame how much this company has deteriorated. I used to purchase without any issues & now my orders are taking 2 months almost with worthless generic responses from the company’s customer service. They won’t even accept to refund me saying it’s getting ready to be shipped! For that price i saved i would have much ratger preferred buying half the quantity and not wait this long.

Not original，don't buy

Wacht al een maand op mijn spullen,emails geschreven dat ze me geld terug moeten storten. Nog steeds geen reactie. Als ik in Eindhoven ben ga ik maar langs hun magazijn, als dat bestaat. Tot nu toe zijn het oplichters, als ze mijn het opsturen of geld terug geven , horen jullie het van mij.
Pas op tot nu toe zijn het boeven!

I wish there was minus stars, absolutely pathetic service. Do not ever order from here. Better to donate the money to charity than buy from here.

Never buy from 7/24 Perfumes, fake fake app, I raised complaint.

Until now I didn’t receive my order 3 month’s I was waiting customer service not responsing also there telling always same words delay service they will pretend like there not scamming money

I ordered 2 items and he gave me 3 out of good gesture and the customer service is really good. Also they smell really nice.

Stay away from this big scammer!!!! It is a fake website I have ordered perfume in March but have not received my order!!!!!! There is no way to contact them. I have not even received a confirmation for the order...I should have read the reviews before placing the order! Shame on them! One star is too much for them...They deserve minus 5!!!!! Big thieves. They need to be sued!!!!

Left one month and still not recived my purchase.

Their perfumes not originals and some perfumes coming without packing!!

I am really not surprised to be reading all the bad reviews on this company.
I have placed an order more than a month ago, every time I select a perfume they say its out of stock (not sure why its not stated in the website/app) until I finally found something in stock, talked to their customer service (obviously after several attempts to reach them) they said it will take 20 more days... 21 days later i text them, again, after several attempts to reach them, they said no its 20 "working days"!!
Now after reading all the bad reviews, Im not sure if I will ever actually receive my perfumes or no!!!
And lets not mention how bad AND super rude the customer service is... I cant believe such companies exist! 1 star is too much, I wish trustpilot gives the option of 0 star.

If there is less that 0 rating i will give them for sure. More than 60 days and yet no refund to my purchases although i didn't receive the products. It is stated in there app the the refund should take between 10-14 days. But with the customer service talked to me, they said it will take 60 days. Yet 70 days passed and nothing refunded to my credit card account.

Horrible horrible customer service and products. Ordered twice and both times there were major issues with the shipment. Second time around i was sent broken and leaking bottles. Still waiting for my refund since Sept 24 2020. Avoid at all costs!!
