7/24 Perfumes Anmeldelser 

I ordered before 1 month and no one reply and no order received.. i reach them on WhatsApp the customer service are ashls .. they always say its on shipping and never answer back at all .. thieves don't buy from them at all

This is a scam company, I ordered 3 months ago and nothing delivered and no responses to my msgs, all I get is the same response “sorry we are facing customs issues and you will be contacted soon” and nothing happens! They are fake and took my money and nothing, they should be chased and close the company!

My colleague ordered a set of perfumes on 9 May and no delivery till date. He sent message to 7/24 perfume website but no response. I felt it was my mistake as I was the one who recommended this website based on my satisfying experiences in previous year. Hope the perfumes will be delivered soon otherwise please refund the money.

I have order since 19 December 2019 , order #TS1810185777 , 3 LV perfumes, and I try to contact them till now with no answer !!

I paid them money for perfume and they haven't sent it to me for more than 9 months

Fraud! Don't delivery on time !!!!!

Fake perfume. My SAR.500 are wasted on fake perfumes. Please don't buy their perfumes, they are worst copy of branded perfumes.

If there is half star i will definitely rate them. They are scammers don't buy anything from them. I have purchased since july 2021 and didn't received anything . because of my follow ups they have blocked me on WhatsApp and i can't reach them anymore.

Cheats of highest degree. DO NOT CHOOSE FOR ANY REASON. Lost so much money ....The worst online purchase experience

I have order some perfumes on Dec 24 2021 till date there is no sign of the goods, nor are their support team responding to my several mails, I appreciate everyone to delete this site and please do not order from them

I ordered on Dec and received on Feb .there is no contact details where you can chat with service team .they need to improve that .

I'm waiting since October 2021 for my order, it has not been shipped yet!

Be aware, this website is a scam I have placed an order for 3 perfumes since a month to take it as a gift, however I ended buying the same perfumes from duty free.Because of them I ended paying twice, I hope they will close this fake website and app

My order was placed on 30. August, paid with credit card and not received.
The customer service replying from USA mobile no. +1 332 232 8592 assures me they are doing their best to deliver my order ASAP, they ask for my patience and due to delay due customs duties etc. the order is “ being shipped”, for the last 3 months.
There is no email confirming my order, no AWB, shipment or tracking no.
On the app - it shows that the items were not shipped - even though customer service assures me that shipped.
The payment was made to Turkey - as per checks on my credit card bill.
I have requested for the refund of my money paid, but have been informed via whatsapp that since shipped, no refund will be made.
I certainly will be asking for the amount paid to be returned to me.

I placed an order since 13 November 2021 and paid by credit card. Item still in progress since then. I text them through messanger but no response.
Be ware.
