An incredible program! The content was amazing, but the community aspect was even better. Loved it!

5 Voices has helped me understand what it sounds like to be on the other side of me and has helped me appreciate the voices that I struggle to access. The lessons I've learned from 5 Voices have already helped me to grow in my relationships with my wife and kids, and I look forward to seeing how these lessons will help to create a life-giving culture in the company I am helping to form.

For anyone who want to understand how they are experiencing by others and improve their communication within families, organisations and workplaces, this is a great opportunity. I have found this approach simple to understand and use although it does sometimes reveal some uncomfortable home truths! It has helped me to both make sense of some of my patterns of communication and to choose ways to modify them.

So thankful for the opportunity and experience of going through this certification process. Beginning with week 1, so many insights and practical application were gained not only professionally but also personally. I look forward to helping others become liberated in their life journey! How amazing to be standing tall, breathing deeply and fully stepping into who I was created to be. I want this for everyone!

It was fantastic. It was everything I needed from this type of training. It allowed me to go at my own pace in exploring and processing the content while at the same time, getting to have relevant, practical conversations with others who were going through the training with me. I really enjoyed this experience.

The 5 Voices Certification process was world-class from start to finish. The training was in-depth and prepared me to be immediately ready to offer the workshops to clients. Hunter Hodge did a fantastic job facilitating the entire process. I've always been interested in how our personalities shape the way we interact. I must of read a half-a-dozen different books on how to identify the differences. While I understood many of the theories of these ideas intellectually, it wasn't until I underwent the 5 Voices Certification by GiANT that felt I fully understood and appreciated those differences - learning in depth about the "why" as well as the "how" we are all so unique.
The training and coaching I received from the team at GiANT were first class, it soon was having such an impact on how I viewed others, that I experienced a complete mindset shift and increasing gratitude toward some people I previously only (at best) tolerated.
This certification has literally changed my life. My wife, kids, neighbours and work colleagues are all benefiting from being better understood and experiencing a richer, more caring engagement.
Now that I'm intentionally practising the skills I've learned on a daily basis, I can see everyone appreciates being led by a better leader who actually cares about them.

Becoming a 5 Voices Certified Coach has changed my perspective on the usefulness of personality assessments in improving team dynamics. I have always seen value there before, but the 5 Voices is the first approach that provides specific insight into how each of us fit into team dynamics overall, where we can be overlooked or overrun, and where we can cause benefit or harm. It is multidimensional in its analysis, interpretation, and application, providing specific tips for improving our understanding of ourselves and others, while still being fairly simple in its language and overall presentation. It easily provides value at initial exposure and continues to deepen that value at each further level of understanding. I learned more in the few months of this training about myself and how to be more cognizant in dealing with my own impact challenges than I have in working with MBTI and other assessments for years.
