I had an amazing customer service resprestive .( Olu)

The caller was extremely helpful and explained everything well, great customer service.

I have had to contact the 4th utility technician team several times due to loss in Internet.
The calls are always answered in a timely manner, and the call handler is always very helpful, informative and patient talking me through the steps of what I need to do, until the issue is resolved. Very happy with the service
