Once you get past the automated phone system which sometimes can be difficult and speak to a person the experience is very good. The agents really care and will help you get the job done. I spoke with an agent called Anita and she was very good, spoke clearly and with great courtesy and was very helpful and showed concern for my call. I left the call feeling relieved and that Anita would take care of my claim.

Graham, the gentleman who collected my bike was very polite, pleasant and helpful.

I had an accident with my Harley-Davidson, and liability was admitted by the other driver. The repair service (Fourth Dimension) repeatedly pressured me to sign a time-sensitive storage/credit agreement, avoided answering my questions, and continued calling and emailing me while I was recovering from serious pelvic injuries. When I finally tried to contact them again, they did not answer. I had to go through my insurer, Ageas, to try to get assistance. Overall, the process was stressful and unprofessional, and I would caution others to be aware of the poor communication and handling.

Directed to 4th Dimension through Hastings. Hastings use these for my motorbike insurance. No communications from them. Took my bike but not taken any details of party who hit me. I called to chase and phone line went dead. Left without my bike and no idea what is happening.

I got my bike and Dein is very delivery driver and he is very kind and got good service
