3D Recruit have been fantastic to work for. I have had a few problems since I started with them that were out of my control but they have been understanding.

I love working with 3D, They are a caring , friendly, supportive company. They really listen to you and try their hardest to match the work to your requests. I would highly recommend this company.

As a professional who has been in the field for a long time. I’m impressed with 3D work ethics. Very effective, efficient and speed of implementation. I believe I would have a long professional working relationship with 3D for a long time.

I have worked with 3D since 2019 as a BIA completing DoLS for LCC. The team is so supportive and professional to deal with. My Consultant Sofija, she is amazing; supper professional and understanding. Their processes are simple and straightforward. Prior to working for 3D, l worked for 3 different agencies as a BIA, let’s just say since joining 3D, l have never looked back. Thank you Sofija and 3D Team

I have worked with this agency for over a year. They are friendly, supportive and have always found a contuous stream of work for me. They have good relationships with the schools and I have worked in some that I would consider changing to oermenantly. They also promote a refer a friend bonus and pay for your dbs after doing a set amount of days with the company.

They are always helpful, friendly and understanding.

Very efficient service - contacted me straight away when I submitted my enquiry. Professional, friendly and very informative. Special thanks to Ronnie and Megan for their help in Battle!

I have experience of 3D from both sides and they are always professional and exceptionally helpful. All the staff have a wonderful, positive approach and spend time getting to know your needs - both as a school looking for supply cover and as a ‘resting’ member of SLT who is spending time back in the classroom regathering her strength and self-esteem.
We’ll done 3D - you are brilliant!

A great agency always very helpful and do their best to place you in a suitable position. Have kept me very busy since I started.
