Mellissa was great and very helpful with my order. I made typos on my gift note and she replied to me immediately and corrected my issue. Good service, excellent product, high recommendation
From ordering through to delivery the experience was where I felt valued, my questions answered, looked to several different options and backgrounds and agreed on a go forward design.
a view of the final product was set and I was able to see the 3D output and when the product was received was wonderful. Beautifully cut into the cube with good quality. Impressed.

The agent who was Pearl was very patient with us. We were not sure what we wanted and she helped us immensely. The crystal came out perfect we were very pleased with them. Their product is good. I have no idea if it's priced well or not because I use it for sentimental gifts. Customer service is great. Make sure to utilize the special instructions section if you have unique requests because they are very helpful

My 3d crystal arrived today and I must say it was even better than I expected after seeing it in person. Johnsey who helped me along the way was extremely helpful with all the questions I asked and I couldn’t thank her enough was much appreciated.
