Amazing customer service! The kind people there answered all my questions promptly during the day and night. They were very thorough with my order and even made sure my order was done on time before Christmas, even though I ordered a bit late. I was really happy with the quality of the product so 5/5 for me.

This appears to be a scam. The product I received does not resemble the photo I provided, and the company has refused to issue a refund. This is very disappointing. The lack of an accurate comparison image makes it difficult to assess the actual outcome before purchase.

Unfortunately, the base light failed after a few weeks. However, the team graciously and quickly supoplied a replacement. Great customer service!

Was worried my product wouldn't make it out on time as it was a last minute Christmas gift. Reached out to customer service spoke with Jason he was amazing, extremely helpful and understanding. 10/10 on the customer service. 10/10 on the product as well my mom loved it. Forever Memories!
It all started with my granddaughters proposal photo with my first 3DCrystal it was a huge beautiful success. Than I did a memory crystal of the day she was born for her bridal shower and now her wedding day crystal, which were also made into multiple key chains for Christmas gifts. The entire experience was wonderful, the staff is so helpful and caring as the excellant results show. I want to share a fun moment with you all. Here is a copy of my email to Pearl. "Yes I did receive the delivery of all the keychains, and when i was opening them i was thinking I wish I could see the picture clearer and than accidently i pressed the button on the stem and WOW it lit up, and I could see the picture perfectly, I didn't realize they lit up and they are so beautiful lit. Ordered it on Monday Dec. 15, 2025 and it arrived at my doorstep on Thursday Dec. 18th.
The heart shaped crystal with the base looks simply amazing !!! The picture lights up in different colours making it look even better. The bonus keychain I received with the same picture is just icing on the cake. Great customer service and a great product 👍

My wife is extremely sentimental and she still misses her parents more than twenty years after their deaths. I had an idea to give her a special reminder of them for Christmas. Then I found 3DCrystal.com and I was excited by their amazing personalised heart shaped crystal. I found two separate photographs; one of my wife's mam and another of her dad. They are old, black and white, and have creases and tears. However, a lovely lady from 3DCrystal called Kat reassured me that she could use her skills to produce an amazing 3D personalised crystal for my wife. It arrived in beautiful packaging and when I opened it I was gobsmacked by the beauty of the crystal and the clarity of the 3D images. This is the most beautiful gift I can give my wife.
