Jason service getting me back online was exceptional and much appreciated.

My husband purchased a 3D heart and light box when they were in our mall during the Christmas holiday. He bought it with the intent of giving it to me for Valentines day as he had already purchased my Christmas gift. He hid the gift away and on Valentines he gave it to me. The heart with our picture was there including cables for the light box. But no light box. I emailed them and explained the situation. Then I received an email telling me to text a particular number. Which I did. 12 hours later I receive a response that says ..."sorry I just saw your message " I said that's fine and tied my issue with the email I had originally sent explaining the situation. Well of course no response back. I emailed again with no response and then I texted them and once again no response. I even let them know that I would be posting a negative review about the situation if they didn't respond. And still no response. I guess they got their money and that was all that mattered to them. I'm giving them a 1 star because there isn't anything lower than that. I am very disappointed in this company and had actually thought I was going to buy one as a gift for my granddaughter when my first greatgrandchild was born. But most definitely won't be using this company. -1 star!
Update...Funny how this company replied that they never saw my email when they actually responded and asked me to text a particular phone number. Which they replied too, only to say"Oh I just saw your message...and then nothing else. But yet now they are saying the kiosk that they use during the holidays don't exist...unfortunately I can't add a picture of the bag and part of the merchandise that was purchased.

There's was just a miscommunication error with my phone. Once we realized the issue my problem was taken care of promptly. He added an upgraded light as an anniversary/birthday gift. In the end a great experience. His employee in Las Vegas was amazing. Very nice and sincere. We enjoyed meeting and talking to him. Will definitely purchase another 3D crystal from them....5 stars.

I had ordered an etched crystal from a different company in when I received it it was nothing like the website had advertise. So needless to say, I was skeptical to order another crystal etching even from any other company. I reached out asking questions and looking for places that I could get previews of what I was actually going to receive. This company was so quick to respond and so patient with all of the questions I asked. The glass etching came out even better than I expected and I’m so happy with the item I received. It even brought me to tears because this gift had deeper meaning for a gift for my mom.

I recently placed an order and had a little glitch. When I reached out for assistance Jason did just that! He assured me the problem would be resolved. Jason was very polite and courteous. He took the time to explain what could be done and ensured that O was satisfied with the result! I am happy to say I am in fact satisfied! I would definitely order again and hope to collaborate with Jason!

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the dedicated packaging. The service was excellent, and the turnaround time was very quick. I would highly recommend them, and the product itself is amazing and truly unique.

As always, Jason was patient and very helpful in assisting me in accomplishing the design and product that I wanted. These crystal memories have become an important part of my memory gift giving and being a not tech savvy senior, I always feel comfortable reaching out on chat for the support that I need. absolutely delighted with my order the artist was very patient with me sending over a good few ideas of what I wanted until I was happy and they got it perfect the staffs customer service was 10/10 very helpful and friendly I’ll definitely yous them again

Absolutely incredible service and quality

First the website is atrocious, cluttered and slow response times to start with, and a design that harks back to the last century.
Second, the interface to payment providers is absolutely horrendous; my first credit card was declined, Paypal was not working, the chat person offered no help, and I eventually had to create a new separate virtual card to get it to work.
Third, the interface for adding a personalized engraving is awful. It is unintuitive, as it is unclear whether or not you need to resize the text to get it to fit in the frame. You can adjust its size, but once you have made fit the desired width, you cannot move the text to a different location on the image. The wording that accompanies the selection of adding engraving states that it will be placed at the bottom of the front face, but then why confuse everyone by asking the customer to enter the text on the image itself. It makes no sense, especially since there is a text box below the option used to select engraving. But you cannot enter anything in it. It gets filled out after you enter the text on the image itself...

I have bought crystals from 3D-Crystal in the past and the quality was good, which is why I was coming back, but this last purchase experience may deter me from doing it again. I give it 1 star for purchasing experience and website and 5 stars for product quality, for an average of 3 stars.

Excellent service and a great product.

We have ordered at least 4 etchings from 3D Crystal for our staff who have lost either pets, spouses etc. All of the staff have loved the etchings so much. It has become a tradition in our company when a staff member has a loss we get an etching done for them. Thank you 3D Crystal for your great service. Their delivery is right on time and the product is always quality plus.
