Excellent product, and fantastic service
This is the second time I have ordered from them, and this experience was just like the first experience, absolutely fantastic.
I coordinated with them on a couple different ideas for the 3DCrystal. The artists were incredible, and greatly assisted me in the look that I wanted. The purchase process was easy, and the order was shipped to me very quickly.
The quality is unmatched and only exceeded by their customer service.

The order process
The order process was great! You can design and view your item before ordering which is important. The only thing is the sizing. You’re given the size but it’s hard to truly imagine how the product will look once made.
I guess I’ll find out when I receive it and will update if possible.

Was told that the product would be here by the 21st of this month. It is a birthday present for a lady for the 22nd. It will not arrive until the 26th. So very unacceptable. Will never purchase from this company again.

Amazing product and customer service
This is my second purchase, Pearl was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I had lost my keyring of myself and my husband who had recently passed away. I was absolutely devastated. Pearl was able to quickly find my previous order and recreate the keyring and sent it out quickly. The quality of the design is fantastic and I would highly recommend. The customer service is beyond what I have ever experienced before.

I liked being able to see a 3D rendering of my photo and the clarity of the etched image. I saw a competitor comparison video and 3D seemed to have the clearest reproduction.
I disliked not being able to change the text size - as a result I omitted any text.
