Awesome place. Sometimes takes a bit for shipping but prices are great and I always get what I ordered.

This is by far the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed my order on feb29th, I had to contact them multiple times and each time a new excuse arose. I was told that they sent it out on Mar.17th and I still have yet to receive it. It is now the 27th (almost a month later) and they are still making excuses and refusing to refund me. If you want to get your order in a timely manner then I highly suggest you buy from someone else because this shop Is not reliable and the only thing they are good at is making a new excuse every time you contact them.

Update: Took me making a formal complaint to PayPal for me to actually receive my order and they still got my order wrong. Ordered on the February 29th and finally got delivered on April 14th. So if you want what you ordered to actually be sent then I suggest you look somewhere else because 3avape cant seem to get an order right and won't be delivering in a timely manner.

Update #2: I tried to be reasonable and contact the one who replied but for some reason both methods that I tried to use to reply came back as undeliverable which once again does not bode well for the reliability of the company.

Garbage service. I ordered 2 Voopoo Vinci pod systems on February 28, and the order status is still on preorder until available. I checked the website today, and what do u know. The Voopoo Vinci is in stock. 3AVAPES is the most unreliable website I have used.

I ordered 2 Voopoo Vinci VW 1500mah and some coils to go with it. I placed this order on February 28th 2020. The order says that it is still processing, but checked the website and it says that the items that I ordered are currently in stock. I feel like I got scammed.

Alors comment dire..... leur site propose des articles aux prix intéressants mais attention : vous voyez des prix en euros par contre si vous payez via paypal (ce que je conseille car leur"sécurisation" cb est inexistante) vous paierez bien plus cher.
Leur service client est là, quand ils veulent (1 réponse toutes les 24h, pour annuler une commande c'est sympa nan ??), ils s'en tapent royalement de vous et ils ne vous donneront jamais d'explications sur leurs méthodes douteuses....
les délais ne sont jamais respectés par ailleurs.
bref je déconseille vivement ce pseudo site

Ordered 4 items on the 23rd of January. I understand that it's the Chinese New Year, but by the time the 13th February came, with no one replying to Emails or the Facebook page (although there was daily posts selling products) I opened a PayPal dispute on the 13th. Two days later (15th) I received a response from them stating that my 4 items were in stock and would be dispatched by the 17th, so I closed the case, happy with the response, even though it took forever.
10 days later and my order was still as processing I emailed them again, only to get a response of 2 of my 4 items were out of stock and they wouldn't have them till mid March (if you believe that).
Unbelievably unprofessional and obviously don't know how to tell the truth.
I understand that the virus has effected business, but all it takes is to tell the truth.
Won't be recommending, and certainly won't be using again.

Je commande un produit jamais reçu n'achetez rien chez eux ces gens ne vous répond pas et il vous envoie pas le produit ni rembourse l'argent c'est vraiment des escrocs.

I placed an order almost a month ago, and it is still processing. Dont waste your money on these people, they will immediately take your money then not ship your order. After long wait I emailed them and they told me "Good news we will begin shipping immediately" that was 3 days ago and it is still processing.

Great company who has amazing sales on products and is always giving back to the vaping community who loves them.
