Received different product than ordered. Contacted company, they admitted to switching the product without informing me (bait and switch), and was only offered a $5 discount (10%). I advised I did not want the product received as it was not what was ordered and offered to return it for a full discount. 3Avape advised return shipping was too expensive for them, even though I paid for shipping when the order was made. Claim now filed with PayPal as the company is not willing to correct their error.

My order arrived okay, I got what I expected. I am maximally satisfied.

This is amazing for a product that comes from China.
The product was authentic and in excellent condition.

Shipping took much longer than other sites.

pkg has not been sent as of yet. ordered on 3/2/21 there was no mention of back orders when I ordered the pkg. company has contacted me and package is on back order.

Da die Verpackungs Richtlinien der DHL nicht eingehalten wurde sind.
echt schade da ich mich schon so mehr auf die bestellte Ware gefreut habe.

I used to love using this company very fast delivery if in stock some real bargains but unfortunately last order did not show up on my account and after repeated requests nothing was done although the item did turn up id already made my mind up to never order again and I'm stubborn so I cant change my mind on that unfortunately

Terrible company. I purchased 3 vape units of which 2 have leaked from the start. I have asked for replacements and I keep on getting emails asking for proof of fault. I have sent this on numerous occasions and still they ask for more video's. They obviously don't want to replace the items. Do not buy from them as you will not get any after sales help. You have been warned

I ordered a replacement tank only, my order has been in the unfulfilled status for over 4 days. Of coarse the took my payment though. Save yourself frustration and order from 8vape

Been a week since i've ordered 3 ursa quest 0.15 coils and I still haven't received any news concerning my order... No response from the costumer support team either. Disapointed to say the least. Order # 3A71204

My order was supposed to arrive within 10 days, but nothing. So I decided to ask the support where was my package. Not even a single answer.
Today, I still don't have received my order, nor an answer from the support

The next day after this post, my package was written as sent. Still no new from the support, but I correctly received my order. I changed my mark from 1 star up to 3.
Still not five, why :
- No answer fron support
- Require to post a 1 star mark to see things moving.

Ordered months ago, package never arrived. Provided tracking keeps saying in transit since October. Customer service claims it has been delivered but I never received anything.
Poor communication overall, had to open a dispute to get a tracking number.
I think this is a scammer e-shop, stay away! I lost 150 bucks on order 100077155.
