Much the same as jia Tony’s review. They couldn’t do enough when they wanted my custom. When the page THEY created didn’t get accepted Chris who dealt with me didn’t want to know. I basically paid for a page that I could easily have produced myself. Total scam

I started the service in February and have spent more than eight months without getting approved by Wikipedia. I haven't even seen a screenshot from them to confirm if they are submitting it on my behalf. At the beginning, the salesperson contacted me daily to provide updates on the status, then promoted guest posting articles costing $3,000+. We paid it to speed up the process but still haven't seen any results. Recently we are still waiting the 2nd submission of our wiki page.

Update:
I requested for refund due to our wiki page cannot be lived after 1 year, but they rejected my request with several excuses and asking for money for further submission. I have reported this website to the authority as i doubted with the legitimacy of this company, the payment was not processed through an official or recognized company and the terms and conditions contain ambiguous language that seems misleading.

Contacted Wiki Writers 360 last year, spent 500 to have the page created charged over 1500 dollars for articles to be created. 6 months later Wikipedia denied the page stating content was spammy, sponsored articles, and written as an advertisement. They will not reply to emails and will only push sponsored article sales promising approval. if you want to waste time, and money, and be scammed, I would highly recommend this company, but if you want a page on Wikipedia go with anyone else.
