A thoroughly dreadful experience
am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the appalling service and hazardous repair work carried out at your 360 cycle shop, as well as the completely unacceptable behavior of your staff.

On 6th May ,I picked up my bicycle from your shop after it was supposedly repaired. However, immediately after taking it back, I noticed a severe issue: the bike frequently gets stuck on the chain. Because of this faulty and irresponsible workmanship, I have been put in highly dangerous situations on the road multiple times. Your shop’s negligence has directly compromised my physical safety.

To make matters worse, when I brought the bicycle back to address this issue, your staff member outright refused to take responsibility and instead accused me of damaging the bike myself. This defensive, dismissive, and rude attitude is shocking. It is clear that your shop currently shows a total disregard for customer safety and basic accountability.

Due to this handling of the situation, I am demanding the following:

1 The full names and contact numbers of both the store manager and the staff member who was on duty and handled my case.

2 A full explanation and an immediate, proper resolution to fix my bicycle at no extra cost, or a full refund so I can have it repaired safely elsewhere.

I expect a prompt response to this matter. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities.

I highly recommend this shop for its professionalism and customer service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the outset. I was confident in my purchase and they offered a wide range of bikes for me to try until I found the ideal model. My contact Max has been consistently helpful and knowledgeable. If you require exceptional service I highly recommend visiting. Prior to this shop I had been very disappointed with the handling of new customers at other establishments.

I recently bought a Tenways 600 plus electric bike in 360. Although 360 is a very busy shop, the staff are incredibly efficient and helpful. Max, who originally sold me the bike, was very enthusiastic, friendly and offered suggestions to solve an issue around the lack of designated points on the frame for a water bottle. The shop kept in touch via email, and invoices etc arrived promptly. When I picked up the bike, I was given a brief run through the main functions and given helpful tips on its maintenance. I would definitely recommend 360 bikes to a friend.

I would give you a review if I had purchased anything. A member of staff took my information but nobody contacted me so I went somewhere else.

From start to finish service from all the guy's in 360 was brilliant. They make buying a bike so easy with fantastic knowledge and help. Communication was excellent and continuous. Look forward to continuing to deal with 360 going forward now we are on the electric bike road. Thanks all.

I have taken my bikes to 360 Cycles on numerous occasions when I have had technical issues. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient in locating and repairing the problem. I would highly recommend them. I now use them for all my servicing requirements

Top class service as always. Prompt, efficient and so straightforward - thanks! Hopefully won’t have to be back for a while, but if any other issues arise with the bike, I’ll be straight back to you safe in the knowledge that I’ll be well looked after.

Good work done, mark off for not fixing what I brought bike in for and another for price. Quote seemed inflated a lot by labor.

Great experience from 360, had the bike in for some work and was able to collect it a day or 2 later at my convenience, even collected my bike on a bank holiday Monday! Open 7 days a week and always contactable on the phone with any queries! Will be back again

Max and Martin are very knowledgable and helpful. They went out of their way on a busy Saturday to help me test drive some new bikes whilst mine was being evaluated. They decided to fix mine. Very honest!

Over the years I tried different bike shops and this is the best one I’ve found so far. The customer service is amazing and the quality of service is so good. They know their stuff.

The lads at 360 Cycles were so helpful and pleasant when we needed a new birthday bike checked over etc at late notice.
