Terrible communication and waste of time
Ordered an item through this site and I expected delivery by Aug 3. It was a special gift that I wanted delivered by a certain date but it took this company a week to inform me that the item was now out of stock Even though when I ordered the set it said it was in stock and gave no indication of being low or limited. They also fully charged me on about the third day of the order instead of just keeping it pending on my card so now I have to wait even longer for a refund to purchase it elsewhere. I will definitely not be using this site again. Terrible communication.
