This is a standup coming. Honestly customer focused and when I wanted to make an exchange, they were super supportive and treated me well. I plan to continue to purchase here in the future.

Was a little disappointed that…
Was a little disappointed that immediately after ordering I emailed and got no response.
The last name on receivers needed to be changed for business purposes.
Order was received in a timely manner but we were delayed in opening package as we had to leave town unexpectedly. Wrong item was sent.
Emailed the Very next day April 5 and Steven promptly replied and was very apologetic.
Said item was available and would send them out and should arrive possibly Saturday but most likely Monday. I wasn't upset they didn't arrive I figured Tuesday. However I get a notification this morning and they were just shipped today and won't be here until Thursday. Not upset at Steven he was very helpful and I'm sure he's not the one that ships items.
Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be the correct product.

Not the right product in the can
3 stars because the delivery time was great, my packaged arrived ahead of time. To taste the product would be 1 start only. The cans didn't come with the covers that you use to cover the product once it's open. Now here's the kicker the scent is not what I'm use too. The smell was overbearing and gave my car a totally different smell. Thought I would try ordering from you guys since I can't seem to find this product anywhere else at that price but I think I will just pay the extra to get what I want.

The best price on a variety of items
We purchased items for use in a church mission and the pricing was the best we found. Though there were some issues with availability, all our items arrived in time for our project. I look forward to purchasing from Hills Trading Corp again.
