Not received lights.
I can't give a review because I have not received my items hence the one star and it has been 12 days . 😵‍💫

I took time to decide on these lights, as LED lights now make "normal lights" redundant, as the glare is almost intolerable, especially in a low sports car. Having them fitted wasn't difficult, and the results are mixed. Brighter, yes, but no spread any longer, very directional. That is disappointing, though the design suggest that is what you will get. Can see the kerb easier than with OEM halogen lamps, dipped beam being more critical than main beam - the old ones had the range as well. Worth £300? Just about, as the alternative is to stop night driving until someone bans LED lights. Which will never happen.

There was a screw behind the lens of the headlight and the left rear connection was faulty.

Only problem is with DPD they don't care about your delivery my parcel was used like basketball ball... good that seller packing my new headlight prober and safe...

Got in contact regarding their F series headlights. Callum was quick to answer queries and sorted me out with an early discount for black friday to save me waiting the extra couple weeks. Had them on the car the day they were delivered. They look amazing and a perfect upgrade from the stock, worn old halogens. Just plug and play, stick whichever bulbs you want into the slots and install (they did come with bulbs also). Also came with new prefitted mounting bolts which is nice as the originals were battered and required me snapping the ends to get the nuts loose so in rough shape and hard to reuse. Worth the purchase without all the messing around with coding and looms for full LED conversion and a hell of a lot cheaper for the pre LCI models. Gives you that DRL upgrade and the projector beam pattern plus the fact the new lenses aren't all scratched made it upgrade the output even though they're still halogens. Packaged well and came quickly. Definitely a supplier that I'll keep high on my list should I want any other things for the car.

Ordered the a4 b8 headlights they fitted lovely and beam pattern is spot on with some 360⁰ led h7s super clear projector lenses too unlike other brands. 2nd set I've had on my 2nd b8 had to buy again 👌

Ordered a W176 bundle for my daughter’s car on the 8th July. All seemed good and even got a discount code for future purchase. Unfortunately on the 13th July at 22:30 (gotta admire their commitment that’s late working to be fair), I got an email from Callum advising that the bundle I ordered was damaged and could not be sent. It was also the last one and I could contact for options.

I checked on the website and it did appear the bundle was out of stock, but the individual items (3 of them) that made up the bundle were still available to purchase, albeit at a higher cost. I emailed to let them know I could see that the items were on sale (included screenshots) and asked for options.

I didn’t hear anything until the 16th July and it was a notification from my bank that the refund had been processed. Callum followed up to let me know he had refunded and that there was an issue with BT stopping calls going through.

Overall a disappointing experience and unfortunate as the 3 cars in the household are all going through mods. The refund was quick but it seemed to me that it was a quick cost cutting exercise. The items were all still on sale, so technically available, I would have covered the additional cost if given the opportunity but that wasn’t offered.

Hopefully an oversight due to workload but I went to an alternative retailer for the kit due to the experience.
