Look - the products are great, especially considering what you pay for them.
Initially, my order was delayed because one of the items was out of production. I had to reach out to them, but when i did Olivia was extremely helpful.
They sent a replacement item with rapid shipping and some extras. Overall I would say the experience was great

i am extremely happy i found this website. i live closer to them so i get shipments VERY quickly. Plus the quality of the cloned items are very good. i have been back and bought several times from 2fdeal, great company would recommend

I have ordered on December a clone tank and I did received in April.
Is not a problem for this long delay, the problem is that I've contact them 3 times about my order because other users did signal that the clone is incomplete and the description is wrong.

I told them 2 times - if my order got only 4 air inserts please cancel.
They confirmed 2 times that in the package are 6 air inserts.

Erst wird man dauernd vertröstet das die Ware bald geschickt wird. Und nach 4 Wochen Wartezeit wurde die Bestellung seitens des Anbieters einfach storniert. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Same issue I ordered my vape last month on the 11th still nothing all it says is shipping processing I want my money back or I want my product here is my processing number number:20011804424237

I had high hopes for this site considering the prices and wide variety of hardware but after I placed my first order it took 6 days to ship which is reasonable. What is not reasonable is the fact I'm sitting at 41 days since my order has shipped when I paid for 9 to 16 day shipping. I have contacted them twice and only been told to keep waiting and that my package is on the way. The tracking has no information besides it has been shipped. If it happens to show up or I get a refund I will change this.

Bestellt nichts bei dem Verein!
Habe 2 mal dort bestellt und nur eine Lieferung bekommen.
In dieser war dann auch noch ein defekter Verdampfer, wo mir am 30.05 Ersatzteile von 2fdeal versprochen wurden, die HEUTE (10.09) noch nicht hier sind.
BESTELLT HIER NICHT.

Es gibt viel bessere China Shops.

I have been ordering from 2FD for a while now and never had any issues- ordered items also arrive within 10 days to the UK! Site prices are good and the flash sales they have on usually have something to tempt..

just not correct .... never warn when a product is out of stock so people buy the same and then make them wait

Beware that the item you pay for may not be stocked by the seller, I Ihave waited over 2 weeks for an RTA (vape) to be despatched and have now requested a refund. Should of gone to a UK website or ordered direct from the manufacturer. Seller does not even have the decency to communicate why they have not fulfilled the order or offer an immediate refund. If Ilook on their website the item is still for sale with an estimated ship date 10 Mar (8 days ago)
