Excelent support and prices and pretty good expedition time

I ordered a black YFTK atomizer from them. I could complain about how long it took to arrive, but I would be willing to overlook that if the product I received actually worked.

The atomizer I received is defective. The seller asked me to send a video, which I did, and claimed that the problem was only with the atomizer’s coil setup—even though I tried different wires (different types of wires) and cotton—not to mention that it burned my lower lip.

It seems the seller no longer wants to resolve the situation, so I requested a chargeback—I absolutely do not recommend doing business with this seller.

At first i have to say that i ll order again there, but still there is one big contra i dont like. You have to look at which shipment is available for the product which is found in the products name, still u are able to choose different shipment method also when its not available. If u do so, everything takes longer... more stupid is that if u mix shipment methods from multiple products on one order it is a problem too. You ll end up getting a mail after couple of days where u have different options, pay extra shipment etc... its not the workers fault, more the website designers fault. He seems to be unable doing stuff right. Anyways, i always get my orders which are packaged well.

Ordered on 6th march and received today...

Received wrong items. Bought blaze solo2 with 3 extra bubble glasses, but received bonza rta and 3 blaze bubble glasses!!!

Fair price and good product. Sometimes long shipping but its OK. I also ordered more than once, 2 orders are now waiting for delivery.

All the deliveries arrived less 2 weeks from China to Hungary. Which is absolutely acceptabel and great.

Last time I ordered parts from "Bonded Warehouse".
The shipping process is totally different and I wasn´t happy about it.
More delivery costs and parts arrived around 4 weeks later.

As for 26, from germany - excellent customer service, ordered some and decided to add something to the whole order - support guided me through the process. Then, order was instantly shipped. Fantastic expirience, fast arrival.

Practically arrived at my place on the 02.02 - delivered on 03.02 because of the local service being too busy.

Shipping is slow even though the holidays are over. The agent I talked to kept insisting it was still holiday lol. And slow tracking update. If you do not follow up with them multiple times, they won't even bother giving you the local tracking number, since they didn't even update the information online.
