Normally 5 star , one product arrived damaged ; could not find a way to let them know so that I could get a replacement ; I ve still ordered twice more since, and will continue to order from them

It's the second time I have been sent…
It's the second time I have been sent the wrong item from this company, I ordered an aluminium framed tent to reduce the weight as I'm getting on in the years, the same thing was sent again was a steel one. Customer service is non-existent I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are not to be trusted on sending the correct item that was paid for.

It still has not been delivered
It still has not been delivered. It was ordered on the 3rd December. Today is 24th December and no sign of it yet. According to the tracking, it has been with GLS in Ireland since 14th December.

A lot later than expected
No issue with 24mx. Ordered on 26/11 didn't arrive until 17/12. package was 10 days later than expected. I know it's a busy time of year but the delivery time was never adjusted r updated. Please forward to your shipping company to address. 👍
