I have been with 247 staywarm for 6…
I have been with 247 staywarm for 6 years and 247 home rescue for around 9, I cannot fault either.
It’s a fantastic way to be able to afford a new boiler, taking away the stress and worry of paying out a large sum of money, while you are paying up the boiler all your servicing and any repairs and taken care of. The customer service team are very helpful and exceptionally polite, they go out their way to help.
We are due to move house and will certainly be taking out boiler cover with them in our new property

Excellet phoned 10mins before arriving on time at 8am .perfect instalation and tidyed up and cleaned took every bit of paper etc away with him absolutly perfect .

Your senior managers who are the ones supposed to value the customers prospectives are in not state of being customers service handlers , they need proper qualifications on how, when and what to say to their customers .

A Job well done!
The installation of the boiler was carried out swiftly and without any fuss. I pointed to the installer that the system might need flushing but he showed me the clear water and said didnot need flushing. He explained the timing switch operation which I had never been able to sort out before. So all in all an excellent worker and good job completed.
