I emailed 21gramsgolf questioning the price of a shirt I had previously purchased and bought again. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a response from Jeawel in less than 24 hours, not an anto response like many other companies. Jeawel acknowledged my concern and quickly got back to me with an answer. I received great customer service and am impressed that it was a quick and professional experience.

They honor sale prices if you order a few days before the sale
I bought a shirt and a few days later they announced a 20% site wide sale. I sent an email asking if I could have that discount applied to my order. Jeawel responded within hours that they’ll refund 20% of my order and it processed the next day. Oh, and the polos are really comfy and well made too.
