1to1 Flooring Anmeldelser

Alex and the Berkhamsted branch of 1 to 1 Flooring were excellent in customer service, price and fitting. Everything was smooth, ordered on time, the fitters were polite and efficient on both days of our installation. We would highly recommend them. Stay local people!

I have had my Hall Stairs and Landing transformed due to the expert help from all at 1to 1 flooring. The hall is now a very nice Pale Ash Amtico which was laid expertly by John and easy to keep clean especially with all this bad weather just a quick wipe over.
Landing and stairs a very attactive stripe carpet not easy to lay but beautifully done by Joe.
Both worked very hard and non stop till the job was finished and they also cleaned up after with their own vacuum cleaners which just left me to admire how great it all looks. Also wore face masks all the time , not easy as they were here for quite a few hours, well done both and many thanks.

Bought engineered wood flooring from 1to1 flooring, very pleased with the experience.

The sales manager is very responsive, emails replied usually within minutes.

The opinions they gave also felt honest and responsible, it’s more about providing customer a good option, even if it’s cheaper.

Lastly, the price was great.

Will use again.

I can honestly say that I was delighted with every aspect of my experience with the St Albans branch of 1 to 1 Flooring. This ranges from my initial visit to the Showroom where I received helpful advice from Matt and Chloe, the visit from the estimator, and finally fitment of the flooring which was carried out very competent fitters. All services were provided in an extremely efficient and courteous manner, the product was of a very high quality and fitted very professionally and within the agreed timescales. All rubbish was removed and the property left in a very clean state. I would definitely recommend 1 to 1 flooring to friends and relatives.

Have had 2 carpets replaced with 1 to 1 flooring and looking forward to getting the rest done during the year
What lovely staff in the St Albans showroom
So so helpful with knowledge recommendations and help in choosing the right colour carpet
Nothing has been to much trouble particularly in these challenging times
Thank you Chloe & Matt

Chloe has given exceptional service and advice. Strongly recommend

Lino on the kitchen and utility room floor was laid by Matt and Reece. Old floor had to be levelled and new screed put down. They then discovered damp and had to redo. End result was great. Always arrived promptly, kept us fully informed what needed doing, always friendly and very pleased with end result. Fully satisfied customers!

The team at 1 to 1 Barnet were extremely helpful and efficient. Our order was dealt with quickly and professionally and installed within a short period of time despite the Covid restrictions. The fitters were pleasant and considerate and laid our floor beautifully. We were extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company

We are completely thrilled with our floor. Matt gave us great expert advice and the end result is stunning. From choosing to ordering to installation, this was absolutely seamless and a great customer experience. Thoroughly recommend.

I was very impressed with the agility and flexibility that 1to1 flooring (Chloe) had in a recent order for some Amtico flooring. They quickly responded to my questions and managed to source & supply the material very quickly which allowed us to keep to some very tight installation timelines. I would definitely go back to them for any future flooring needs.

We recently had three carpets from 1to1 Flooring. The order process and measuring was easy and efficient.
The carpet fitters were excellent, they worked extremely hard to get all carpets fitted in one day which we were very impressed with. They worked so hard.

We have recently installed engineered wooden floor to our house and the team at 1to1 flooring, especially Matt, has been amazing and always assured us that all our concerns would be dealt with. Matt has been excellent in all our communications and showed an amazing professionalism. Highly recommended if someone is looking for attention to detail!

Excellent experience - so pleased to see Lester back and in place at the Berkhamsted store. Everything regarding the job - despite challenges I presented with timing and product - was executed with professionalism, efficiency and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble. I am over the moon with the results and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Matt and Chloe really helped us out of a tight spot after being let down by another local supplier. With great advice and an accommodating approach, we were able to secure the fitting date we needed. The fitters were excellent, really friendly and did a great job. We'll definitely be returning!

Even though my enquiry and purchase was extremely small, Matt and Chloe in St Albans were very welcoming and certainly went the extra mile to meet my request, and I now know where to go when it comes to future flooring projects.
Very impressed and much appreciated

Great service and quality product - will definitely use this Company later on in the year.

Lovely show room, Matt was very helpful and extremely patient with me choosing my floor. Fitters were very professional and the Amtico flooring looks amazing :)!

Matt and the team at 1to1 really have gone above and beyond for us. Helping us narrow down their huge range of options to the floorings we finally chose, Matt did this with lots of patience and helpful advice. They then navigated the challenges of lockdown and supported us with carpet samples so we could choose paint colours and furniture and much more. A great business with an excellent selection of floorings and fantastic service - we'll be shopping locally more often because of them

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail, we were very pleased with every step of the journey from the sales team to the completed works.

Fantastic service all round.

Lots of LVT products available to choose from in the showroom but no pressure from the salesman to choose any particular brand or product range.

We had to wait around 10 weeks for an installation date as they are so busy but we were kept informed throughout and were offered an earlier date closer to the time.

The fitters were efficient, polite and tidy and we are very happy with the finish provided.

The only slight issue was that the fitters forgot to leave us with the free floor care kit - however this was quickly sorted out by the showroom.

Thanks.
