I recently had my dining room and lounge recarpeted by 123 Floor and I can honestly say I cannot fault them.
The carpet was laid. All the rubbish was taken away and the new carpet cleaned/vacuumed leaving the room immaculate.
Also without us having to ask Tony and his colleague moved all the furniture back into the room and even made little pads to put under the furniture legs so they would not flatten the new carpet.
I can only recommend them and I certainly will use them again.

Recently had an Amtico floor laid in the bathroom.
I would highly recommend 123 floor as a company for their professional service and the fitters, a father and son team (Paulx2) for their attention to detail and quality of the finish.

So happy with my new floor. The team are great. Good advice from the start. Very patient with providing different samples. Great coordination with scheduling the work. And father and son team Paul and Paul did an exceptional job fitting it. Thanks all!

We had a new Amtico floor laid by 123floor and i can honestly say we are delighted with the floor and the service we received from 123floor. Everything from the initial sale, through to the fitting was handled professionally and with care and attention. We would highly recommend then to others!

Great service and advice from when we w first walked through the showroom door to the fitting. Great, friendly team and a superb fit of our amtico floor product. Very happy.

123Floor have fitted flooring in various rooms in our house over the years, from carpet in small bedrooms to luxury vinyl tiles across our large open-plan living space. We are so impressed with how professionally they operate, and the flooring is always great quality and very well fitted. Fitters are polite and efficient, and all the staff in the office/shop are super-helpful. There's also 456Fix who sweep in and fix any plumbing or fitting jobs needed around your new flooring, which makes planning and completing home projects a LOT easier, as everything's there for you under one umbrella, as it were. Highly recommend and delighted with the service.

Great , experience with 123 flooring, . Paul and Paul were great friendly helpful and did a great job on our floor which was a mess. The team at 123 flooring were on point. When I called with a query they dealt with it quick and professionally . Great job, thank you Chris and Rob, so grateful for a lovely floor.

We had our floor replaced in the hall, WC, kitchen diner and a cupboard under the stairs. This involved removing the existing lvt floor, putting down new latex and fitting a new Amtico floor. Gary from 456fix took up the old floor and dealt with our furniture, washing machine and appliances. Paul Fossey did an amazing job of fitting the new floor and getting it smooth, a much better job than the builders left behind, we had feature strips and a new mat at the front door. All this work was completed while we were on our honeymoon, amazing job, thoroughly recommended.

We've had excellent service by 123Floor with supply and fit of LVT and carpet for our new house. Excellent advice, great quality and competent fitters doing the work. We will happily go back in the future if the need comes up.

Carpets by 123 were excellent so no complaints there.
But door adjustments by their mates at 456Fix were very poor so avoid them at all costs and arrange it with someone else. Poor finish at bottom of door and an oak veneer door was damaged in the process. The chap couldn't even be bothered to reply to emails so appalling customer service in my view. The best bit is you have to pay up front for the shoddy service too!

Another first class experience from 123 Flooring. Transformed a 1999 carpeted hall floor into a really stylish classic amtico flooring. Right from the start of selection and ordering by Charlie, measuring by Rob, prompt communications from Mel, and top class laying of flooring by Paul. What a WHOW to come home to. Gold star service-cannot say how impressed we are again!!!!

I'm thrilled with the bedroom carpet I got from this store. I am absolutely delighted with my new flooring and the new carpet for the stairs! 100% recommend them!

Had a fantastic service from 123 floor for our stair carpet from initial survey to fitting and clearing up.
Great service from all members of staff regarding communication, product advice and value for money.
Would definitely recommend 123 floor!

I'm thrilled with the bedroom carpet I got from this store. It's incredibly soft and cozy.

I love their product.

I have been using 123 floor for several years now and they always do an excellent job - professional measuring, great product advice, timely fitting and good value for money. Their communication is also spot on. Would highly recommend!

Really good service. The process was very easy and the fitters were very professional. Which we now have a lovely floor.

I am really pleased with the Amtico flooring installed by 123 Flooring. My hall now looks amazing and the installation carried out by the fitter was to an exceptionally high standard.
I would have no hesitation in recommending 123 Flooring to family, friends and neighbours.
Well done to all at 123 Flooring.

Good service, arrived on time and looks good on our floor

Excellent service; excellent workmanship; can’t fault a thing. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I needed flooring laid for a whole house before moving in, having laminate downstairs and carpeting upstairs. The team were amazing in getting the timing and logistics organised, right from the initial survey to the completion of the work. Admin was all done efficiently and helpfully, even to the point of arranging for the fitting team to use a key safe to lay the flooring as I lived so far away. The fitting team did a fabulous job. Their work is to the highest standard. I was delighted when I arrived after the flooring had been completed. Needless to say, I have absolute praise for the whole team and recommend them most highly. Thank you all, I am a very happy customer!
