1to1 Flooring Anmeldelser

So professional and helpful, would highly recommend them.

1to1 Flooring was the first and only place we visited for our flooring. From the moment we arrived in the shop we quickly realised we didn't need to look any further. We opted for Amtico throughout the entire ground floor. Matt in store was so helpful and knowledgeable and offered to create visualizer pictures of our property which was such a benefit when making our final decision, his advice and customer service skills was second to none. We will be returning shortly for our carpets upstairs and will be certainly recommending them to all our family and friends.

We had Amtico flooring installed by Richard and Callum. They were brilliant. Polite and professional and the floor looks fantastic. It was a fairly big job and the herringbone pattern quite time consuming but they worked very hard and stayed late on the final day to finish off as scheduled.

I have had a very large amtico installation and the finish is perfect (lots of complications around the fireplace, coming flush with the patio doors, uneven flooring etc). All done perfectly, couldn't recommend highly enough, well worth the wait.

We had Amtico laid and the fitter Tony was amazing. The floor looks lovely and he was very hard working and efficient.

1 to 1 laid Amtico throughout our ground floor and bathrooms, and fitted carpets in all of the bedrooms.
We found the instore Amtico display particularly helpful and the whole process ran very smoothly. Excellent service and communication throughout and the end product looks fantastic.

We would highly recommend them.

I am delighted with my new Amtico floor from 1-1 Flooring in St Albans. Chloe spent ages with me helping me choose. She gave me her honest opinion and wasn’t pushy in any way at all, and is a lovely polite young lady. The price was good too. Matt was also very helpful when I almost changed my mind at the last minute ( tho I stuck with original choice in the end. )
I will definitely be going back here for my carpets as I am so impressed with not only their phenomenal range of products but also their excellent customer service.

Fantastic service. Tricky tartan stairs carpet fitted beautifully.

I am really pleased with my new Amtico bathroom floor - Matt was super helpful in the shop when searching for the right floor and it was made sure that the delivery fell in the right window for my new bathroom installation. The installation was done by Richard and Callum and they did a brilliant job - very friendly and helpful and giving advice on what would look best. Really pleased with it and the brilliant service. Thank you!

Matt was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After a bit of a hiccup, the customer service was excellent; frequent communication & swift delivery. The wood floor looks lovely down. I’d definitely recommend the selection, the quality and value for money.

From the moment we saw the materials we wanted at 1to1 Flooring, the process of buying and laying the carpet was handled very professionally. The two carpet fitters completed the work very quickly and there was no mess afterwards.

Well done to all concerned - my wife and I were very impressed.

The only, minor, criticism was that we were not made aware of the time the carpet fitters were attending our house. As it was, when the doorbell rang I was still in my pyjamas ! Nevertheless the fitters were able to start their work and no time was wasted or lost.

Excellent service. Would strongly recommend. Had most of the house re-carpeted . Kathy in Harpenden store very helpful, friendly and patient. The fitters Aaron and Dean were quick, hard-working and did a very good job.

These guys are brilliant, not only more competitive on price but also the most “hand holding” throughout sales advice and install,

1 to 1 were the quickest to quote, unbelievably 1 of the 3 companies we spoke to didn’t call back at all to discuss our needs and the other took 20 days to follow up on our initial instore visit.

Gave us great advice on how to tie in carpets with decor and soft furnishings.

A1 service, would def use again and recommend to family and friends.

We had an excellent experience with 1to1 Flooring. Particularly John who gave great advice on the carpet, he also measured up and quoted within 24 hours of our enquiry, as we were working on a tight timeframe and finally Mark, who fitted the carpet, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. We would highly recommend 1to1 Flooring and would use them for any future flooring requirements.

These guys were superb from start to finish. John and matt in store were fantastic and beat everyone of their competitors on price and were exceptionally accommodating throughout. Jo and Lewis who installed were incredibly hard working and did an excellent job. The house looks fantastic and each one of the team made it easy from start to finish. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I cannot recommend 1 to1 Flooring highly enough. The extent and quality of advise that I received in terms of the right type of floor for my home meant that I chose the perfect product. My flooring was laid expertly with enormous care and attention to detail.
I will not go anywhere else for flooring needs.

Great service from start to finish, together with competitive pricing. Really impressed and so pleased with the finish product. Thank you!!

Lovely showroom, helpful sales lady and then efficient order process. Quick turnaround from order to delivery and the fitters did a great job. Very pleased with our carpet.

Excellent service, carpets fitted within a week of ordering. Recommended.
