I was contacted by 1Swiss that they had found my missing myswiss / mystate funds account. They sent me a court case document regarding the group action of retrieval of lost funds which looked pretty convincing. At first I was told I wouldn’t pay a fee but eventually it was going to be quite a large fee. I did investigations on the court document to find the Judge did not exist and when I put that to them everyone and everything (1Swiss bank wallet) disappeared. If you have a missing my state funds account add .vip at the end and it should come up.

Please do not give this company money, you will not be able to withdraw it. All they want is more money to the point they will ask you to go into debt by using credit cards. I have tried to withdraw my money and the site won’t let you. Then someone calls and says they need all your details and photo id to transfer the cash, they didn’t ask for this to receive it.

They have all disappeared!!

Emails undeliverable, phones disconnected, website not found. All taken the money and ran!!!!

This company should not be trusted, brokers have disappeared, I have made numerous withdrawal requests and they have €42k of my money that broker "Michael Cohan" told me in our last conversation that he does not care about me, my situation or my funds that 1swiss have stolen from me.. Michael Cohan, Michael Harrison and Steven Hermann are nothing but scammers that rip off honest and hard working people..
I've made numerous attempts and requested countless times to make a withdrawal but now my apparent brokers don't answer phone or email because they have just ripped me off my investment and all profits..!! Don't trust these snakes, they are nothing but con men THAT WILL RIP YOU OFF..!!

Me and 6 other, ex delta force guys, are trying to track these guys down, so they have until found to refund all the money they scammed from people, so hope they pay up, for their sake.

Is there anyway to get back the balance or even the initial investement? These guys just disappeared, web site down. Michael Cohen disappeared as well. What a fraud.

As per Mike Bo Hansen’s own words there are 121 clients waiting for their funds before me and he doesn’t have any idea when they will be refunded. If the shares have been sold how do they end up in a so called ‘trust fund’ to use his own words, which is most likely to be his own account. He had mentioned 3 days initially before the funds would be released, then 5 days, then 15 days and now he pretends not to know and he is running the company he says.There is no access to the website, the phone number he has provided and my account where I still have some investments.

Isn’t there an authority which can hold this maverick accountable?

1Swiss, the company has used fake recommendations with a fabricated article on a fabricated page of 'The Guardian'. Their sales team sound very plausible when you first talk to them, and their sales pitch is quite relaxed, so they are not trying to get too much of your savings out of you straight away.
As a hedge fund, working with crypto-currencies, there are aspects of their business that lack accountability—but when I challenged my 'advisor' about his claim that 1Swiss was authorised by FINMA (the Swiss Financial Authority) he sent me a FAKED screenshot with their company superimposed onto the official list. It has not been authorised by FINMA, and it is NOT on their list of approved traders.
When I tried to get my £190 out of the fund, I was handed over to another 'representative', by whom it was revealed that every penny of it had been lost. I had done absolutely no trading, and no one explained to me how this loss had occurred. Repeated attempts to get in contact with John Vandervoorn, my advisor to explain this 'loss' have been unsuccessful.
To be avoided, not good people to do business with—if you can call what 1Swiis does 'business'.

This company is a scam. They take your money keep asking for more but they never let you withdraw anything. And as of yesterday the website is offline. I do hope not too manny people got scammed by these thugs.
May they be judged for there actions.

Bij deze mijn 2de review over mijn slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Eerst enkele feiten omtrent de echtheid van mijn review.

Je zal nooit rechtstreeks geld storten via uw bank naar 1SWISS, er word een WISE-account (online bank) aangemaakt voor u, waar je het geld op stort en dan word het zo doorgestort naar 1SWISS.
Nadat ze uw vertrouwen gewonnen hebben, en uw initiële storting van 250€ gestaag doen groeien, vragen ze uiteraard een grotere inbreng, in mijn geval was dat 4868,16€, + eerste storting van 250€(+winst), kwam ik uit op iets meer dan 5000€ waarmee ze gedurende 3 weken handel deden op de cryptomarkt. Ik had een heel mooie winstopbrengst uiteraard, en toen het moment van uitbetaling kwam begin december, werd er naast WISE nog een derde bank ingeschakeld om het geld te transfereren, met een excuus rond belastingen, om deze transfer tot een goed einde te brengen moesten alle banken op 1 lijn gebracht worden, en dit kon enkel door overschrijving van een som geld via mijn vaste bank naar WISE en dan naar de derde bank(in mij geval in de UK) hier werd ik nogmaals 2800€ armer door.
Op dit punt gingen er alarmbellen af bij mij uiteraard, maar deed ik deze transactie niet, dan was het onmogelijk om mijn initiële bijdrage +winst over te maken. Ik deed de transactie, en onmiddellijk was er geen communicatie meer…
Ik was opgelicht, en veel geld kwijt. Ze spelen het slim, ik moet ze dat meegeven.
Zelfs als er hier een review geplaatst wordt, dan zeggen ze simpelweg dat je daar geen account hebt, op die manier word de review van trustpilot gehaald en gaan ze gewoon verder met hun oplichting.

Although I had Hills`croft with me right from the beginning and the made my pay out possible. I would be lost by now trying to figure out what happened to the group of people who call me on daily bases pushing me so hard to make huge investment. perhaps being aggressive is their tactics and everyone stay away from these crooks.

It’s a scam be careful they call my mother after months to say that they invested the money and they have profits and they wanted the account numbers to transfer the money but they were lying. He just wanted to check if there is money on the account.
The account didn’t have any money so he said now is late we can’t verify the account we call you tomorrow but he never call ….
It’s obvious it’s a scam we also pay through PayPal and we already ask for refund and got the money that they have invested before he call to say that our investment have profits.

This is a scam, they want more and more investment and when you close your account they do not repay your money! They do not answer the phone just tell you by recorded message that they are busy and someone will be with you soon, gave up after 20 minutes. They do not respond to e-mails!

Invested in this company and have requested for my money back but they have refused and are now threatening me. Tried to email them but don't get any replies DO NOT TRUST THEM SCAM PEOPLE

I have sent messages and emails. Hugo is not responding. I spoke to Eden who asked me what platform, he was my first point of call. Really. He told me he would call me back. I am still waiting.

Update 10th February 2025
After months of being ignored by 1swiss.com , a guy called Steven has been in touch with me.
He said I would have to pay 13000 to get my withdrawal. He said I would get my 13000 back via insurance. I asked when do I get the Insurance before or after he said after. He wanted me to take a loan out to cover the 13000. I said no. He tried to continue to persuade me. He said if I didn't do this I would lose my money. I said where is my guarantee he could not answer.

EVERYONE REPORT THESE FRAUDSTERS TO THE POLICE

And please do not tell me you can't find me on the platform.

All messages I've sent via Eden Gmail account and also via the platform are not being replied to.

Today is 14th... Still no replies, I will report to police if this isn't resolved.

1swiss.com leave a link here for messages to be sent as using the platform to send messages are going unanswered... Eden email is not contacting me. Hugo is not responding...

Although 1swiss.com has a Swiss address they are not in Switzerland

This is a scam, do not attempt to do business with these hedge funds management companies.

This company policy is never to confirm any transaction in writing. However I have recorded my conversations with Swiss1 Bank and now escalated to police and fraud with evidence.
