Kevin Hopps was an amazing instructor and helped me pass first time with only 1 minor. Would highly recommend any new drivers starting out to go with Kev, lovely bloke!

First driving instructor Eric really did help me with my confidence massively , and taught me not to give up , he was very patient and explained things clearly . I really can’t thank him enough would highly recommend

Adiel Khan phones me 4 times to book a lesson and I answer after the 4th call cause I am at work. We chat and he seems down to earth and I am happy to take a lesson from him. He says that he is free on July 2nd at 12:30 and we book for that time. The time comes around and I am waiting 15 minutes so I call him to ask where he is. He then has no clue who I am and says that I need to have paid for the lesson before I book. He said that no one gets a lesson unless they have paid first. However in our initial booking call at no point does he mention to me that I have to pay before the lesson. I call him later that day to rebook another lesson and this time I will pay first however he starts to lie to me saying that he told me in that previous call that I only take students who have paid before their lesson. However he made no mentions at all of this in our initial phone call. I was so irritated because he lied about saying something he did not that I had it out with him in a phone call and he hung up on me.

I said this was unacceptable after and left this review. Was ok with him untill he lied about this. Very unhappy he wasted my time.

Adil did not ask for pre payment yet he booked the lesson anyway. Essentially waisting 3 weeks of my time waiting for this lesson when I could have been finding something else. I must make this very clear he did not ask for a pre payment and what upset me was he was claiming he did in such a rude tone over the phone.

Had Julian as an instructor and passed first time! He's really friendly and good at making you feel confident about your driving, as well as finding the bits you need to improve on and helping you overcome them. Would definitely recommend to anyone, including nervous drivers (I am!).

Want to say a massive thank you to Kev. What a great instructor!! Always made me feel so comfortable and didn’t get angry if I did things wrong! Was very calm nd collected! Cracked jokes and made you feel at ease! Couldn’t have asked for a better first driving instructor !

A really helpful, kind and supportive driving instructor who understood my strengths and weaknesses and helped me become confident enough to gain all the skills needed to pass my test first time.

1st Driving School is easy to book lessons with and reasonably priced.

Steve sanghera helped me pass my test 1st time.
Was a much better rxperience than companues i were with before.

Usman is an experienced, reliable and trustworthy instructor.

He explained concepts clearly. He gave feedback to me timely, and patiently, when I made any mistakes. Under his endurance, I picked up my on-the-road experience quickly and was able to rectify my bad habits promptly.

I was able to understand the importance and rationale of various rules. I was able to be trained as a safety driver on the road. Largely owing to the effort and guidance of Usman, I was able to clear my test in my first attempt. Definitely recommend him!

Steve was a fantastic instructor who helped me pass first time. He was very patient and was encouraging at all times. He gives good constructive criticism when needed and praises you when you do well. All round a great an instructor that I would definitely recommend!

I had Julian as my instructor for about 6 months and I passed first time! He made sure that I was fully prepared for the test, teaching me how to deal with difficult circumstances and made me feel comfortable from the first lesson when I was a beginner. I 100% would recommend Julian to anyone, thanks very much.

Chris Budd was an amazing instructor always has faith in you and always has a good chat with you he’s friendly and calm he helped me pass my test 2nd time witch I hat no faith in myself to pas but he did he always had faith

All thanks to Sam. Indeed he is the best, he was a patient and understanding driver. I passed at my first attempt, he made me comfortable, gave me the best advice and taught me in such an amazing way and he even asked me to drive round the route a day before my practical exam!! If you need a good, loving and professional driving instructor, I will always recommend Sam. Thank u to Mr Sam once again.

First thing which I think is most important is that the instructor made me feel calm and comfortable but at the same time alert from day one. I also liked how they go into detail on errors and how they can be corrected. I would definitely recommend a friend, which I already did 😁. Thanks a lot 1st driving school.

Tim was a great instructor. I was able to learn manoeuvres like parallel park easily.

Kev was absolutely fantastic! He was very patient with me when I needed it, extremely knowledgeable and didn't overload me with information straight away, always kept to the bookings we arranged and was a genuine down to earth person. I couldn't recommend a better driving instructor- he helped me pass first time. Thank you Kev! 😊

I was very anxious to start driving bit Rif was always so accommodating through my lessons. He taught me everything I needed to know to pass my driving test first time, and to be a safe confident driver. Highly recommend Rif and 1st driving school.

Stuart took over my daughters tuition at the last minute and worked so hard to get her match fit for her exam, fitting in extra lessons to ensure she was as ready as she could be and giving her the confidence that she was more than capable of passing, and she did! Can’t recommend him enough, thank you Stuart
