I’m sorry to hear this and would like to assure you that all three ecards you sent were delivered successfully, including delivery by text message to the phone numbers provided. One card has been opened, while the other two have yet to be picked up.
When a card remains unopened and if the recipient information is correct, it’s often because the message was missed or the recipient may be cautious about opening a link — especially if it’s the first time they’ve received an ecard.
In these situations, a great option is to also share the card link directly with the recipient. The link can be sent by text, WhatsApp, Messenger, or any other platform you normally use for communication with the individual recipient.
If you need help or have questions, our support team is always happy to assist.

My girlfriend overseas said she never…
My girlfriend overseas said she never received her e-card even though it says it has been sent. She said she checked her spam , junk, and other options but cannot find it. This was the first e-card that I sent and the most important one. I don’t know if it’s because she is half way across the world has anything to do with it or not. My family members in the USA received their e-cards, it’s just my girlfriend who didn’t.

Thank you for your review - and we’re truly sorry your girlfriend didn’t receive your e-card, especially since it was your first (and most important) one.
It’s great that your family members received theirs, and just to reassure you: being overseas doesn’t prevent delivery. Most often, missing cards are caused by things like a small typo in the email address or if the card accidentally went into the spam folder.
Here are a few quick ways to make sure your girlfriend will always receive your card should you wish to send her another one:
- Double-check her email address
- Add her phone number when sending - this is a great option and it can improve deliverability of your ecard.
- Use the shareable link: after sending, you’ll see a direct link to your card on the Thank You page, and you can also find it anytime in your Sent Cards. You can then send that link via WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. - this is the most reliable backup if an email goes astray.
If you’d like, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to check the delivery status for your girlfriend’s email address.

What I liked about the app.
I liked being able to upload my photo and create my own card. It allowed me to personalize my cards. I also liked being able to "Send to another recipient". That was very helpful when personalizing and sending a lot of cards. Adding music and embellishments was also fun.
