I have never had such great…
I have never had such great communications when dealing with a company.
Not only were they able to sort our problem, but were very quick in doing so, made us feel like valued customers rather than a money generating number, were also very friendly.
When dealing with potentially thousands of customers I could not believe their service. Thank you all so much.

Being able to send an ecard last minute…
Being able to send an ecard last minute or scheduled. Once a person has been added to list reminders arrive into in box when birthdate or anniversary is forthcoming.
Personally I prefer the funny ecards.
Having used this service for approx 16 months, I can say without hesitation: Financially it has been very rewarding. Considering the price of stamps and cards even more if sendings cards overseas.
To the future: I hope new ecards are added regularly. To sum up: After advising family and friends about our decision we now send: Birthday's, anniversary, congratulations, condolences, christmas and New Year cards this way.

123cards make my experience great in so many ways. First of all their e-cards are innovative, beautiful, funny, tasteful, and a great selection! Also, many cards are so thoughtful like for special occasions. I like how 123cards always send me a friendly reminder when it’s time to send a card for different occasions and holidays. Worth the price
I've been using 123cards for several years now, and they have always been fun to send and receive. Considering the cost of cards (even self printed) and stamps, I believe they are more economical, and I love the animation and music options.

I'm confused
I'm confused, when I first tried I could send 3 free. When I found cards I wanted to send some were priced at £3.50 and one was 99p. I didn't know that the card reached my friend as he hasn't said so. Will call him to find out. The cards are lovely and I'll try again soon with birthday cards. Do I only get one free offer or more as the weeks go on?

At 123cards, we offer both premium cards and free basic cards. Premium cards are our best cards, shown in large sizes and sent without ads, in addition to an array of other benefits.
The premium Christmas card you sent in December was delivered for free as a gift from us to you. The card was opened the following day, and we hope the recipient enjoyed their card.
If you would like to send more Premium cards, they can be sent for a one-time fee per card or sent through a membership, including our trial membership. If you do not wish to continue the membership, the trial membership can be cancelled free of charge at any time during the free trial period.
We also have Basic ecards. They can be sent at no cost without receiving a gift from us or signing up for a free trial. You can recognize them by the smaller display and the ads that will be shown alongside.
If you need any help finding the right card fits for you, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our customer service can be reached through the Help Center or by replying to any email you've received from us.

A quick tip for next time: you’ll usually find the free cards at the bottom of each category. The cards are smaller and often appear alongside a small ad, which helps distinguish them.

I have bought a few e-cards from 123cards.com already, mainly for my daughter who works abroad. This Christmas morning I received a reminder from 123cards that it was Christmas Day and I realised that I hadn't sent my daughter a card yet ! So I quickly chose one that was really lovely with a Christmassy video and it was sent to my daughter straight away. It was really nice of 123cards to remind me : )
