very helpful!

Very disappointing experience – not suitable even for a simple landing page

I run a small UK shop and I chose 10Web because of their promise: an AI website builder that creates a working site in a few clicks. In my case this has simply not been true.

I paid for a plan and for the domain bravobis.net. My goal was extremely simple: one landing page for Christmas gifts for my small online shop, with a few sections of text and a contact email. Nothing complex, no big e-commerce system.

What actually happened was:

– The AI builder claimed to “generate” a site, but in WordPress I repeatedly saw 0 pages in “Pages → All Pages”.
– The “Edit your website” button opened an editor that did not correspond to any real, standard WordPress pages.
– Trying to access WP Admin sometimes gave me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.
– I followed all the suggested steps: re-running the AI wizard, checking plugins, clearing cache, trying again on a different connection. The result was always the same: no clean, editable landing page.
– Even the domain verification flow has been confusing, with a “Not verified / Verification needed” status and no clear way to resolve it from the user side.

In the end I had to start building a manual page myself in WordPress just to have something usable, while still waiting for 10Web’s technical team to fix the broken AI setup.

For a product that markets itself as an easy AI solution for small businesses, this has been a very poor experience: a lot of time and energy wasted, and no basic working result from the AI builder. Based on what I’ve seen, I would not recommend 10Web’s AI Website Builder to other small business owners who simply need a reliable way to get a landing page online.

Always available and very eficient to fix the issues.

Problem solved quick with simple directions. Thank you so much

10Web has been an absolute game-changer for building websites. I’ve never experienced a platform that combines speed, automation, and ease of use at this level. The AI builder is incredibly intuitive — it created a professional website layout within minutes, and all customization afterward was smooth and hassle-free.
What impressed me most was how stable and fast everything runs. Even with many edits, pages load instantly, and the hosting performance is noticeably better than other website builders I’ve tried. Their templates are modern, clean, and easy to adapt.
Support was also excellent. Every question was answered quickly and clearly, and I felt like the team genuinely wanted me to succeed with my project.
I highly recommend 10Web to anyone who wants a fast, reliable, and AI-powered website building experience.

So I had an issue with my website and Ani went above and beyond to help me fix it, and get my website back live in just 2 minutes. I've also been using this company for years and I love their platform and I strongly recommend you use 10Web for your website hosting, especially if you want your site to load as fast as possible!

The AI prompts first had me look at several areas that may have identified an issue, which will help me in the future for resolving issues. Once all was examined, I was directed to a live assistant, Ani, who was very helpful.
