I’ve generally had good experiences with other South African betting sites, but my recent experience with 10bet was extremely disappointing. The Welcome Bonus promotion is marketed as straightforward, but the terms are contradictory and misleading.

Clause 18 on 10bet’s own website clearly promises that if you cancel the bonus, any unused part of your initial deposit will be transferred back to your real-money balance. Yet when I raised this, support pointed to a completely different clause on another page that overrides it, effectively locking your own deposit under bonus conditions.

To make matters worse, their separate “Promotional Terms” page explicitly states that real-money funds are used first before bonus funds. That directly contradicts Clause 18. This kind of inconsistency isn’t just confusing, it’s deceptive and unacceptable in a regulated market. Players deserve transparency, not fine print designed to protect the house at the customer’s expense.

I am happy to say that I have had a great gaming experience. As a newbie, it was easy to understand and navigate. I am by no means a gambler but more here for some responsible fun.

Do not bother. Have used online casino's in South Africa for over 4 years. There is no doubt in my mind that 10bet's RTP is lower than the rest. You will go 4 -5 weeks without spinning in features. When you finally get a feature, you will win between 2 and 10X.

I made a smallish deposit and of course I won over 60%, then suddenly all bets went against me..

I made another larger deposit and played winning again, but this time I stopped playing when I went back to my original deposit.

I deposited R50 on 1 June 2024 which didn't reflect on my 10bet acount. I proceeded to deposit another R50, 3min later same payment method, but this Time it reflected. I sent them a proof of payment , on there online chat. They then said that they will escalate it. Waisted 1 day waiting for there escalation. Phoned them, then they promised me that the problem will be sorted out that same day. Then I had to ask them again. They escalated again, they phoned me, asking me to send a bank statement which reflects the transaction, which I did, then they escalated it again, It's the 4 if June 2024, and I am still waiting for them to credit my account. Now they told me that thid will only happen after 5 working days. This is not about the R50 it's about a business which clearly doesn't focus on customers service, and only focuses on Money and profit. I don't recommend this casino, which has incomplete disregard for their customers, or there customers time. It's R50, what's going to happen if you win R1000, R10000, R100000, etc. They won't pay out. Or you will end up frustrated, angry and disappointed because once again the consumer is wronged. The casino experience shouldn't be frustrating, it shouldn't make you angry. The casino experience should be fun, and form of escape. This casino and companies like it should be fined for wronging the consumer. I don't understand how a company who relies solely on the consumer for its survival can treat there biggest asset like this. It's unexceptable. Get your priorities right. Treat your consumers right, and I promise you the sky will be your limit.
