I'm absolutely frustrated I joined this forum after seeing the advertisement about the 100% welcome bonus after I deposited R50 I expected to see the bonus in the promotions page and not seeing the bonus there to opt in I assumed it must have opted in automatically then after using the R50 I saw no bonus still reflected on my account I chatted with a consultant called Edith she sent me a link to get my bonus I open the link and it said bonus no longer available she then informed me there's nothing they could do that's false advertisement what a lot of nonsense

Pretty much a con. Get a 50-pound free bet? Yep, you have to put in 50. Then you have to basically lose your money before you can use the free bet, and you can't withdraw until you have bet it 10 times. I'm sure it was over a couple of weeks, or you would lose it. I bet on one thing, left the computer, came back and thought I hadn't pressed the bet. The bet was still there pressed it again and put the same bet twice...... No way of cancelling a bet. Most sites give you the option; not these crooks.

I have put in more than R4000 ,for the past 2 years and it has paid R1500 ,do you think that it's fair, no wonder you losing your customers PS. Very shit indeed.. loyalty xp honestly not worth it..im on level 35 close to next tier.. I've lost so much..they take your money and add it to your Xp without giving back in return not even a small amount ..but yes hope and see what my next tier pays out for 5 months I've only won 1400 and thats it... Can you imagine..
