Very disappointed/bad vape won’t replace
I have been a faithful customer to this website for a couple years now I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on bulk vapes in fear of the vape band and when I buy them, I buy multiples. I had one that ended up being a dud one of my favorite flavors. I ordered four of them even though I still had other flavors in stock at home I opened it and it did nothing it was a defective device, which I have never had before, and I’ve never had any issues with any of the vapes as long as I have been shopping here, but since I didn’t automatically contact back within three days and I didn’t open it to make sure it was OK they will not replace the vape because it’s been 40 days since the purchase. I don’t even want to purchase from here anymore. They won’t replace a $20 vape for me
