Absolute nightmare trying to get my refrigerator fixed.
This is my second time dealing with an absolute nightmare trying to get an appliance fixed through my Centricity warranty. The first time took over two months to get a knob on my oven fixed. This time I'm currently at 45 days trying to get my refrigerator fixed.
Every time I call for an update, it's a different story... "the part is no longer made" "we are waiting for a replacement estimate" "we are still looking for the part" "your claim has been escalated" "there is no update"
And every time I call I'm told to wait 2-3 days for an update. Even after finally getting a supervisor on the line (which is nearly impossible), I cannot get back in touch with him or any updates from him.
I sincerely cannot comprehend how they are able to continue on as a business. At this point, I might as well go buy a new fridge - maybe that's their end-goal here.
