Today I went to mountain warehouse Haywards Heath to follow up on a complaint I made through the survey service they offer. On the 6th of February I overheard an older lady with blonde hair say a racial slur in conversation with her staff. I was appalled. I left the store immediately.
Unfortunately the staff member I spoke to today was unaware of my complaint and explained they would speak to their manager. I filled out another online survey and I hope this issue can be resolved as it was very unpleasant to hear.
