I contacted the support with questions about shipping/handling the month prior as well as product clarification. They replied very quickly, within the same business day, and when I went to order everything went very well. I was initially disappointed with the product I was initially going to order being out of stock but I did more research and found items that’d work better for me and ordered those instead, which arrived with no issues. Will buy from ECMvape more in the future
