I ordered a replacement earbud for my beats studio however, I incidentally ordered Beats Solo and when the package arrived, I was so upset about this and thought I’d experience a runaround with the company. However, that’s not the case I sent a message through their contact Us link and receive a response literally within 10 minutes from a gentleman by the name of Chris. Next thing you know, he helped me identify the right earbud for my charging case and immediately processed an exchange for me with a return envelope. I wish other companies provide the same service experience. Highly recommend if you ever need a replacement part that they offer.
