I bought a product from this company and they entered the wrong address when registering the shipment with Fedex. My product was delivered to the address provided to Fedex which was not the one I provided them at check out. I obviously didn't receive my product. They are trying to blame this on Fedex but Fedex did their job right. This company is giving me the run around saying the parcel was not insured and refusing to refund me for their mistake.
