This company is a sham. My sister has been trying to get a claim settled since December. I am not sure why business still sell these policies. She has jumped through hoops to get this taken care of. Even the business she bought the item from has sent information. Shamful taking peoples money and not providing a resolution.

On 3/6/2026, Centricity spoke with Mrs. Dana Shealy in regards to her claim. A picture of the model and serial number tag of the air conditioner was requested to further evaluate the claim.
Per the notes, Mrs. Shealy indicated the way the air conditioner is placed in the window, she's unable to take a picture of the model and serial number tag. Nor can she remove the air conditioner from the window.
Please look on your service agreement for the model and serial number.
