Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. After 9 years of perfect banking history, they shut down all of my accounts because a business inquiry sent us a fraudulent check for a mere $1,000 — which they immediately recovered. Easy resolution for them, but I was the one left holding the bag.
On top of that, $30,000 from my investment account vanished without explanation and was never resolved. Now, hundreds of thousands of dollars are missing from that same account with no explanation whatsoever. To make matters worse, I have requested to close my business credit card three times, and they have yet to do so — conveniently continuing to collect the annual fee.
100% the worst bank on the planet. Do NOT trust them. Customer service is absolutely awful. Stay far away.

I had been an American Home Shield customer for approximately 2 years during which time my central air conditioning unit has failed repeatedly. AHS dispatched 5 separate service technicians, each time charging me a $75 service fee, totaling $375 out of pocket. Every technician got the unit running temporarily at best — hours or a couple of days — before it failed again. Not one technician was able to diagnose and permanently resolve the root cause of the failure.

After 5 visits, 2 years, and $375 in service fees, my AC unit remains unfixed and is effectively dead. AHS collected fees for every visit but never delivered a working, repaired system. This is not a case of a difficult repair — this is a pattern of sending unqualified technicians, collecting fees, and avoiding the obvious conclusion that the unit requires replacement.

I am requesting a full refund of all $375 in service fees paid for repairs that were never successfully completed, and I am requesting AHS contribute toward the cost of replacing a unit they have failed to fix over 5 attempts spanning 2 years.

I will also file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office if no resolution. Arizona is actively pursuing home warranty companies for exactly this type of predatory practice — collecting fees while systematically avoiding fulfilling coverage obligations.
