Took almost 2 months for a decision but…

Took almost 2 months for a decision but customer service representatives kept saying they had 3-4 days to respond. You can't talk to anyone with authority and definitely not claims department.
Doesn't matter to them if you are injured, by all means don't try to fix it. If you do they will cover NOTHING on the machine until you pay for the repair and send them proof even if different issue

On 3/5/2026, Centricity spoke with Ms. Lynnette Barnes regarding her GE dishwasher claim. Centricity would like to apologize; however, unfortunately, her claim was denied due to the Terms & Conditions of the Warranty.

Centricity understands this isn't the outcome she was expecting and the inconvenience this has caused.

TECH'S DIAG: FOUND UI PANEL AND TRIM BROKEN, CUSTOMER TRIED TO GLUE IT BUT IT DID NOT HOLD.

AS PER T&C: W. ADJUSTMENT, MANIPULATION, MODIFICATION, REMOVAL OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OF ANY INTERNAL COMPONENT/PART OF A COVERED PRODUCT PERFORMED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A SERVICE CENTER/TECHNICIAN AUTHORIZED BY US.
