If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a high-value order back in November, and now in March—four months later—I still haven't received anything. What’s even worse is the way I’ve been treated as a customer: they aren't helping me at all and seem completely indifferent to the situation. At this point, I have no idea how to get my package or at least a refund. Both the experience and the customer service have been a total failure. I do not recommend them to anyone.
