After a lot of research we went with Grassmats limited as their products seemed competitively priced and their website was clear and had more helpful information than most to inform our choice. We made contact as we had a few queries and were impressed not only with the swift replies, but the very helpful and thoughtful responses from Matt. He took the time to understand our situation and asked the right questions and was clearly very keen for us to get the right product for our particular circumstances. Once we had chosen with his help the best product, we had a small issue with ordering online which Matt immediately helped resolve. We then had some further contact once the products had been delivered and we continued to receive great customer service above and beyond what you expect these days! We are delighted with the rubber mats that we purchased and are using in the garden and I would highly recommend Grassmats to anyone who is looking for well priced products, quick delivery and a professional outfit with excellent customer service.
