Extremely Long Delivery Time
While I have yet to use the product, the delivery time was extremely long. It seems it should have arrived much earlier.

Very sharp, good quality
I’ve been using an electric carving knife and while the action is good, the blades don’t make thin slices. Got these new knives for Christmas and they do the job of thin slicing quite well.
