One star is to many
One star is to many. Worst company ever. My story started Dec 11 2025. It is now Jan 27 2026. Freezer is still broken. They sent 1 repair man out, he said its a sealed system problem. It would be 2000 dollars to fix and he is not authorize to fix it. I called Centricity to update them on what repair man said, well thats when all the run around and lies started with Centricity. I call company daily. Every time I call they give me run around, anything not to fix it. Like I said every time I call they come up with a new excuse. Today's excuse was the best one yet. They said my policy is the kind that I have to take the refrigerator to authorized repair shop. WHAT!!!!! Number 1. I have spoken with them daily, not one time I was told that. Number 2. Who in the world can strap a refrigerator to their car and drive it somewhere. They ran out of excuses so they decided I had to transport to a repair shop. They will drain you mentally until ypu give up. Please listen to me and DO NOT use this company. Trust me I am trying to save you from the problems of dealing with them. I called the company I purchased from and they even said that Centricity is the absolute worse and they laughed out loud when I told them that Centricity told me I have to take it to repair shop. I can bet that they will respond to this review by saying unless you provide us with policy number or what ever other needs the ask for we can not help you. Well my friends, I call you daily. Im pretty sure you know my story and will continue to lie to me and give me more run around and excuses.
