Our goal was to develop an Android app that had the core features of the clients version in other to increase our engagement.
We started with a few discover calls and sent over our ios codebase for the team to review in detail. We worked with idea Maker on scope, timeline, and rough cost of the project based on our expectation of a v1 release.
The workflow and communication was excellent, we leverage JIRA, Google sheets to ensure the features and development time scale was being adhered to at all times.
