Tried to match my skin using their questions and received 2 different shades that were wrong and horrible on my skin. They told me to keep each bottle (not sure why? I can't use them) and sent a new one each time, but the final time they told me I would have to pay for another bottle. So I asked them at least a few times what the next color would be, or to show me a color chart on their site so that I can just order it without going back and forth like this and they kept avoiding the question. The texture looked awful on my skin. The first was matte, so i told them it was too dry and they sent me an oilier one which was more awful than the first. I imagine even if I was able to match my color it would not have looked as nice on me as in the ads.

Edit: I'm not interested in my other options. After the last bottle I was charged the full amount after the "try it for free to find your shade" or whatever the promo was even though all of the bottles sent to me were not my shade and I can't use them.

I found another product that looks nice on my skin so I'm not interested in wasting more of my time.

I ordered a few of the lip stains. Tried them a few times with the recommended set time but even after leaving them on for way longer than supposed to, there was no difference in color to my lips at all. Colossal waste of money.

I just had to enter my zip and it showed me all the trials in my area right away. The website was easy to use and finding the relevant trials for me was quick to click through each one. Most of them even offered compensation.
