Defective cordless car vacuum and delayed refund process
Recently, I purchased a cordless Car Vacuum High Power 13000Pa/30AW, but when I first turned it on, it smoked and was completely malfunctioned. I reported the issue to customer service, stressing the seriousness of the defect. Despite this, I was only offered a half refund with no clear explanation, instead of a justified full refund or a replacement. I've reported this problem several times, and Kayee was the second representative I communicated with. She promised to process the second half refund in her November 13, 2025 email, but it didn't happen. I followed up on November 19 and 23, but haven't received a reply. Please review my Order #RUV9720 thread. As of my second update on November 25, 2025, I finally received the second half refund after two more follow-up emails. Overall, I do not recommend this product due to the defective item and slow refund process.
