What were you thinking. Your new format is terrible to use. Someone needs to be fired and go back to old format. Didn't anyone learn from coke cola new formula.🤦‍♂️

Declined a claim on my refrigerator that they approved a repair to be done. Was told different stories why declined. Was told service company could use their parts, then told Centricity had to order parts. Some operators were very difficult to understand and was even hung up on. Would never use them again. Called many times, same run around.
