When I called, the system was down. So I automatically thought that I wouldn't get a call back today. Maybe it would be tomorrow. But they did call back and the representative was very helpful.

My husband couldn't decide if he wanted to keep the tissue holder. I emailed the company about a refund. To my surprise, they responded quickly. They offered me a portion of my money back because of shipping cost. I declined and ask for a full refund, They responded quickly with the return information. No hassling me, no ignoring me, just a quick response. In the meantime, my husband decides to keep the tissue box!!!! Men???? The company provided excellent service.
